The Office of Civil Rights and Wage Enforcement’s Civilian Review Board Police Complaint Mediation Program presents “The Art of Storytelling” at the Eubie Blake National Jazz Institute and Cultural Center, 847 N Howard St, Baltimore, Maryland 21201, Thursday at 6 PM. Come to a free and creative space and share experiences and interactions you’ve had with Baltimore City Police using any form of expression. With testimonials, songs, poems, photography, artwork, and more, the evening will provide a rare and much needed platform for healthy and artistic exchanges concerning civil liberties and social issues.
