November 22, 2013 – Segment 2We hear the first installment of our new series Countdown to the Annapolis Summit. On January 8th, the opening day of the General Assembly, we will have the 11th annual Annapolis Summit, where Marc will interview the Governor, Speaker of the House, and President of the Senate. Along with our print partner The Daily Record, we will bring you weekly discussions and articles on the major issues facing the General Assembly this coming session. We launch this series today with a discussion on the Stormwater Management – Watershed Protection and Restoration Program, which is popularly known–especially by its critics–as the Rain Tax.
We’re joined by Delegate Maggie McIntosh, who represents the 43rd Legislative District in Baltimore City; and Harford County Executive David Craig, who is also a gubernatorial candidate.
