December 9, 2016 – Segment 5It’s time to start our Countdown to the Annapolis Summit. In this segment we will be focusing on Bail Reform which will be a major issue in the 2017 Maryland General Assembly.
I talk with Doug Colbert, Professor of Law at the University of Maryland Carey School of Law and bail bondsman Mark Adams, head of the Maryland Bail Agents Association, who did a recent study on failure-to-appear rates.
The 14th annual Annapolis Summit will take place on Wednesday, January 11, 7:30-10am, at the Governor Calvert House in Annapolis.
