National Book Award-winning novelist and scholar Dr. Charles Johnson will be talking about the book that he and his daughter Elisheba Johnson co-authored (and he illustrated), the first in a series, titled Bending Time: The Adventures of Emery Jones, Boy Science Wonder (Volume 1), about a Black child prodigy and scientific “whiz kid.”
