Allen, a former professional basketball player, is the CEO of Growing Power, a nonprofit organization that works to help provide equal access to healthy, high-quality, safe and affordable food for people in all communities. He is also the co-author of The Good Food Revolution: Growing Healthy Food, People and Communities.
