She has served as acting director of the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice, assistant solicitor at the Baltimore Law Department, and special assistant to the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. Ms. Embry is currently chief of the criminal division under Maryland Attorney, General Brian Frosh.
