We discuss the tragic explosion at yesterday’s Boston Marathon, which killed three people and left over 170 people wounded. Joining us at the top of the hour will be John Nichols, writer for The Nation, as well as members of the Falls Road Running Team, including Peter Mulligan, co-owner of the Falls Road Running Store and Ryan McGrath, team captain, who also ran in the marathon. Later in the hour we will hear from neuropsychiatrist Dr. John Sharp, who was near the finish line when the bombs exploded, and blogger and former Wall Street executive Richard “RJ” Eskow, who is part of Campaign For America’s Future. We close out the first hour with an interview with former CIA officer Charles “Sam” Faddis, who will discuss the terrorist implications of the attack.
