September 30, 2015 – Segment 2We discuss the topic of youth homelessness. There is currently an effort underway by the Youth REACH Maryland Coalition to count the number of homeless youth living on the streets.
With: Maryland State Delegate Mary Washington, who has championed of Youth REACH MD in the state legislature; Ryan Shannahan, Youth REACH MD Project Manager; and Sergio Hopkins, a 26-year-old homeless youth advocate and peer intern at YES (Youth Empowerment Services) who has been involved for years with the Rose Street Community Center in East Baltimore.
